TRANS ALBA RACE DIRECTOR

This broken person here is Chris and that pain face comes from the 2018 edition of the Trans Am (somewhere in Kansas). So, he knows all about the pain you inflict on yourself when riding Trans Alba! Chris is a passionate road cyclist, ultra endurance rider and bike packing enthusiast. He's always got a few bikes in rotation and is the Scottish ambassador for Curve Cycling (ask him about his beautiful Curve Belgie V.3) but his beloved purple CAAD12 named "Sparkle Horse" probably does most of the work!

MOST MEMORABLE RIDE:

Trans Am Bike Race 2018 (4300mi)

FAVOURITE RACE:

Paris-Roubaix or dot watching TCR / Trans Am. He's also very excited for the Rhino Run!

FAVOURITE QUOTE:

CHRIS GREENAN

JACK DRIVER

DIRECTOR + MEDIA COORDINATOR

Jack is an Edinburgh born and raised road cyclist who is currently residing on the other side of the planet drinking cocktails, riding bikes and taking photographs. Jack genuinely enjoys cobbles and head winds so much so that he should have been born in Flanders. He's currently riding a Sandy Gilchrist built Raleigh. It's very pretty!

MOST MEMORABLE RIDE:

His first ever century around the Scottish Borders - most of which we've included in Trans Alba!

FAVOURITE RACE:

Tour de France but it has to have an Alpe d'Huez or Ventoux summit finish!

FAVOURITE QUOTE:

CAMPBELL DONALDSON

MEDIA COORDINATOR

Campbell is a freelance photographer based in Edinburgh, who’s knowledge of cycling is pretty much zero (we're working on that). However he loves an adventure... I mean LOVES an adventure, especially when he needs to go on an expedition just to get the right shot. Joining us after dot watching last year he comes with a host of experience when it comes to the Scottish outdoors.  Campbell will be working with Jack to produce some highlights for the riders to look back on for years to come.

MOST MEMORABLE RIDE:

Alpe d’Huez for charity during his ski season - This was Campbell's first attempt on a road bike and safe to safe not his last!

FAVOURITE RACE:

Anything that can be dot watched and Trans Alba (obviously).
