Think I'm describing an Ultra Endurance Cyclist?
Well, er... no... This is awkward... I'm actually describing the much loved Highland Cow and my next word was going to be ginger. Not sure this guy below is the best cyclist but there really are some similarities!
If you fancy seeing some of these magnificent beasts in the flesh then you should definitely come and ride the inaugural Trans Alba Race. Turns out there will be quite a lot of Highland Cows along the way.
